Our quality of life depends largely on the quality of our thinking. The thought does not reproduce reality, but reconstructs it and repeats it there, and in light of this reality reconstructed with fatigue or we react with enthusiasm. TF! exists to ensure that thought can offer a useful reality, namely that both vitamin E that allows to generate energy. But how to ensure that thought is 100% fresh?
The thought is not fresh when it is "processed", that is modified so that it loses its vitamins. It must be born cool and kept fresh. But what does all this mean?
thought loses its crispness when subjected to the filtering of three processes. These three processes deplete the incoming information and thus the our emotions, our ideas and our motivation degrade in quality. It 'should therefore avoid these three processes. Here they are:
1) Filtering I like / I do not like
2) Filtering good / bad;
3) Filtering right / wrong.
If as we face the reality of these three processes are active, incoming information will be reduced, altered, distorted. Lose the freshness needed to produce new ideas, generate motivation, to keep calm. With these three active processes will not give our minds to grow. Are processes that activate defenses, and therefore should be used only when there is a risk of a loss of value. But it is often unnecessarily always active.
keep the vitamins of the thought! When we look at the reality we avoid selecting the information in cataloging what we like or what we do not like what is right or wrong, what is good or bad. We will live better and we will have the right balance to make the best choices.
